Notes:
“One of the most outstanding pastels we have ever seen, with wide petals and sepals which recurve to make a very round medium large flower. The petals are light salmon when first open, but fade to a pale buff, while the sepals which are light buff, when first open, fade to cream. The blending of colors is so perfect that the all-over effect is a luscious shade of delicate elusive pink. The throat is Empire yellow.” Carl Milliken cat. [Mentioned in a rundown of favorite intros by Quinn Buck in Tom Craig’s article, ’56 Yb, p 11.]
