An unofficial term sometimes used in the daylily community to describe a scape considered to have superior branching in some way. There is no one single definition, the term may variously refer to branches that are particularly widely spaced, curved upward, or are more numerous than usual. It may also refer to branches with branches, branches that originate from a common area around the scape, or branches that are more conventionally arranged along the scape but in some way considered more desirable. The term is not typically used to describe top branching such as the terminal Y or W.
