The Tulsa Garden Center at Woodward Park
More about the garden:
This garden is maintained by the Tulsa Area Daylily Society and is located on the grounds of the beautiful Woodward Park Gardens. The daylily garden is just northeast of the Garden Center building where there is ample parking available for visitors. There are 200 daylilies representing the various forms recognized by the ADS in both Tets and Dips The garden was included in a regional tour and was a highlight for visitors.
As visitors walk the gardens, they’ll find several streams and waterfalls meandering through and splashing against rock features while making their way to a large pond. It is also the home of the well loved Linnaeus teaching garden. The teaching garden’s focus is educating gardeners and visitors alike on how they can make the most impact with design and plantings in their own home gardens. The 1.5 acre garden highlights the use of multiple elements and textures, and is a host to magnificent shrubs, perennials, as well as herbs and vegetables.
