Best Time to Visit: Our garden will again be open for tours and sales during our open garden days. Gardens will be open from 9am to 2pm from July 4th through July 19th. Visitors are welcome on other dates please call to assure we will be available.

Tom and Mary’s garden is located in Oakland a small rural town is Southwest Iowa near Shenandoah where the AHS began. It is a small state inspected daylily nursery with somewhat limited numbers of any given daylily. Garden bloom usually starts late June and runs through late July. We have collected several bloom season extending cultivars with extra early varieties, plus late and extra late varieties. Depending on the year we can have good rebloom.
