Florida Sunshine Cup
Awarded at the National Convention
Originally established in 1974 through the donation of a cup by AHS Region 12, the Florida Sunshine Cup is now presented as a plaque. The award honors the hybridizer of the small- or miniature-flowered cultivar judged to be the most outstanding clump observed by attendees of the AHS National Convention tour gardens.
The recipient is determined by votes cast by convention attendees, and the results are announced at the National Convention Awards and Honors Banquet.
