Garden owner, Kit Walter says;

“I garden on a 60 x 180 ft city lot in Galion, OH.  I grow around 650 daylilies in all sizes and forms.  I’m an exhibition and garden judge, and usually have a few garden clubs visit during the bloom season.  Aside from the daylilies, there are also daffodils, hosta, heuchera and hellibore collections.

I have a grow of Paw Paw trees and some unusual trees and shrubs.  Visitors usually remark that I’m not much of a gardener because I still have a lawn.   I feel that grass is like carpeting in a home; you need the lawn to get you from one bed to another!”
