While daylilies have a reputation as being disease free, there are some plant diseases that affect daylilies, most notably, Daylily Rust has been a cause for recent concern.
Other diseases that may affect daylilies include leaf streak, crown rot, shoestring root rot (Armillaria), and viruses. Daylilies may also suffer from a disorder of unknown cause called “spring sickness“.
